God or The Universe

I thought this morning of how I use the words Universal energy and God interchangeably.

I pondered how I got to this place of seeing God as energy and not a man in the sky.

I can tell you this: sometimes, I see God as a man in the sky.

Raised in the Catholic faith, God as a man, referred to as ‘he,’ meant that he was a man in the sky since heaven is skyward.

Our subconscious tends to revert to our childhood when reaching for safety and security.

Maybe because it ‘feels good’ to have a ‘parent’ looking out for me, who I know is EVER loving.

Whatever you call this amazing, naturally occurring energy that makes you feel loved, it doesn’t matter.

Just call upon it.
